At Genalphaskin, we want you to shop confidently. If your purchase isn’t right, we’re here to make the return process smooth and easy.
1. Where We Accept Returns
We currently accept returns within the United States only.
2. Return Timeframe
- Standard Returns: Within 30 days of delivery.
- Extended Holiday Returns: Eligible holiday purchases may qualify for a longer return window. Any extended period will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
3. Product Condition for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, and parts
- Clean and free from damage, scratches, or odors
Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected or partially refunded.
4. Accepted Return Reasons
We accept returns for the following:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item received
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color ordered
- Item no longer needed
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Used or installed items
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Opened software or digital products
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired product
7. How to Start a Return
- Email support@genalphaskin.com within the return window.
- Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship using the provided prepaid return label or your own tracked shipping.
Note: Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from issuance.

Free Return Shipping
- A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost.
- Carrier: USPS or FedEx (based on location).
Using Your Own Shipping
- Customer pays shipping
- Must include tracking and insurance
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns
9. Refunds
When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are processed after:
- We receive the returned item
- The item passes inspection
Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 2–3 business days
- Refund processing: up to 7 business days
- Bank processing: 3–10 business days
Refund Amount
Includes:
- Product price
- Applicable sales tax
May exclude:
- Original outbound shipping (for non-defective returns)
- Damage deductions if return conditions are not met
No restocking fees are charged.

10. Defective or Damaged Items
- Report any defective or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may offer:
- Replacement
- Repair (if available)
- Full refund
Return shipping for defective items is fully covered by us.
11. Return Inspection
All returns are inspected for condition, completeness, and functionality.
If an item fails inspection:
- We will notify you with details
- Photos will be provided
- Partial refund or return at customer expense may apply
12. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Orders that are already processing cannot be canceled.
13. Warranty Returns
Some products include a manufacturer’s warranty.

Exceptions may be made for shipping errors, hidden defects, or special customer service cases at management’s discretion.
