1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • International destinations
  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico)
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • P.O. Boxes

2. Order Processing

Handling Time: 1–2 business days
Processing Days: Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays)
Order Cutoff Time: 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00, Los Angeles time)

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Transit Time: 3–5 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

Please note that delivery estimates may vary during holidays, promotional events, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Rates

FREE Standard Shipping to all 50 U.S. states
No minimum purchase required
No additional shipping fees for Alaska or Hawaii

Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout for an additional charge.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping providers to ensure safe delivery of your order, including:

  • FedEx
  • UPS

Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and service availability.

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are sent via email within 24 hours after your order ships
  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website
  • An estimated delivery date will be included with your tracking information

If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of shipment, please contact us for assistance.

7. Delivery Details

  • Most shipments do not require a signature upon delivery
  • Delivery attempts are made according to the carrier’s policies
  • If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your package may be held at a local facility for pickup

8. Shipping Issues

8.1 Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 5 or more business days, please contact us.
We will open an investigation with the carrier. Once the investigation is complete, we will issue either a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

8.2 Damaged Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

  • Report any visible damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.

8.3 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing checkout.

  • Address correction requests must be made within 1 hour of placing the order
  • Changes requested after shipment may result in additional fees
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

9. Orders with Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items:

  • Items may ship separately from different locations
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers
  • All items will arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe

10. Oversized or Heavy Items

Certain larger or heavier products may be shipped via freight carriers.
